This is the stunning North Buttress of Mt. Hunter, a worldwide climbing objective. It looms above Denali Basecamp, rising a striking 5000 feet out of the Kahiltna Glacier. Though I have never attempted to climb it, it stands prominently in my life as I was a Denali guide for nearly a decade. Painted on commission.
