This is an iconic ski peak in Valdez with a worldwide following. Valdez holds a spiritual place in my heart almost as much as the Alaska Range. The peak is almost exclusively accessed by helicopter. In 2012, I made a solo climb and ski of the peak from the road, marking the zenith of my ski career. Painted by popular demand.
